We have a 14-day return and exchange policy on regular-priced merchandise, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items returned that are not within our return policy guidelines, such as worn, with odours, animal hair, etc., are deemed not re-sellable and will be donated or discarded. No refund will be processed.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@cathyallan.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For all U.S. and international orders, return shipping fees as well as any additional taxes, tariffs, or duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. Any unauthorized costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item, and then initiate a return for the item you are sending back.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and confirm whether your refund has been approved based on our return policy.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If not approved, the item will be donated or discarded. No refund will be processed.
Holiday Return Policy
Regular-priced items purchased between Nov 1, 2025 to December 24, 2025 may be returned or exchanged until January 10, 2026. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in original packaging with tags attached and require a receipt.
For shipped returns, items must be postmarked no later than January 10, 2026.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or to a Cathy Allan Gift Card.
