Women In Lindsay Businesses - Amy Nisbett

Women in Lindsay businesses

We are celebrating Women In Business in our beautiful Downtown Lindsay!

Amy Nisbett is part of a family legacy, working in the family business that was founded in 1967, Nisbett’s Clothiers. She did get an education as a senior instructor therapist doing applied behaviour analysis and intensive behavioural intervention with children with autism. She worked in that reputable field for a number of years, until she came to the decision to “’come back home’” and be a part of the family business. This gave her certainty that this was the career path she wanted to follow. Nisbett’s Clothiers has been part of her whole life, so she has seen the excellent customer service and lifelong relationships that are a part of the business, and provides the same dedication and passion that has been passed down from generation to generation.

Amy’s grandfather, John Nisbett, and father, Greg Nisbett, specialized in mens formal wear for decades, and since the business has grown and expanded selling everyday wear, mens undergarments, accessories, outerwear, etc. Amy has stepped up and currently manages the formal wear division. The formal wear meets all of your needs from weddings to graduations to special events, with every style, size and colour you can imagine. You can put your trust in Amy and the team to make sure you look your best, leaving a lasting impression for that memorable occasion. Nisbett’s has been “voted best all around formal wear & best all around men’s clothing store by Readers’ Select Awards” numerous times. See their website and social media outlets below for their various catalogues.

We are lucky to have a gem of a business like Nisbett’s in our downtown. If you want mens formal wear, casual wear, undergarments, accessories and outerwear in a variety of high end, reputable, dependable brand names…this is the place to go. Support local! Amy, Greg and their team are happy to serve you!
